- To submit a helpdesk ticket requesting support, click the and fill out and Send the form. Attaching screenshots is helpful for giving us a head start on troubleshooting. Tickets may also be submitted by simply sending or forwarding an email to support@egrowconnect.com. As our support agents respond to tickets you will receive email notifications which can be replied to directly.
- Sometimes web browsers retain information that can cause eGrow page refresh issues. Should a screen not load properly, please try clicking the
Clear Application Cache link first to see if that resolves the issue. If not, submit a helpdesk ticket to request further assistance.
