Should you need assistance with eGrow, see the Help menu.

  1. The Support Portal link will take you to our helpdesk support portal where you can
  2. To submit a helpdesk ticket requesting support, click the and fill out and Send the form. Attaching screenshots is helpful for giving us a head start on troubleshooting. Tickets may also be submitted by simply sending or forwarding an email to support@egrowconnect.com. As our support agents respond to tickets you will receive email notifications which can be replied to directly.
  3. Sometimes web browsers retain information that can cause eGrow page refresh issues. Should a screen not load properly, please try clicking the Clear Application Cache link first to see if that resolves the issue. If not, submit a helpdesk ticket to request further assistance.
